Set Bank Permissions

Bank Permissions are set to allow specific roles access to bank features including: export metadata, upload metadata and bulk change styles.  If a role needs access to any of these bank features, the role needs to be added in this step.

If a role has access to one of the features, they have access to that feature for all content types (Forms, Items and Shared Stimulus).

Once access is granted to the features, they become available on the search screen (for that content type) in the horizontal ellipses button found in the top right of the page.  This example shows access to both Export Metadata and Upload Metadata from the Forms page.

Setting Bank Permissions

1. Navigate in ADAM to the Authoring menu
2. Choose Banks
3. Click on the tile for the Bank you need to edit
4. Choose the Permissions tab
   
5. Choose a role from the Select a user role to add drop down
   
6. Set access to each of the three features by setting the check box
   
7. Click the Save button
