Creating a Bank

1. Navigate in ADAM to the Authoring menu
2. Choose Banks
3. Click the Create New button, found in the top right of the page
   
   

General Settings tab

• • Bank Name - Choose a name for your content bank
  • Bank Prefix - The prefix is a set of characters added to the beginning of each system generated identifier.  This string can be between 1 and 10 characters and would be used to help identify content from a specific bank.  This is a useful distinction when viewing content from multiple banks.
  • Auto-Numbering Type - Set the identifier to be generated as either a random string or as a sequential string.

4. Click the Save button to save the new Bank
