The user page in ADAM contains anyone with a user role in ADAM. It doesn't necessarily mean the user has the ability to log into ADAM. For example, students are typically added as users in ADAM without login capabilities. District and School Coordinators are added as users in ADAM with the ability to log in.
Initiate your search for users:
- Navigate to www.adamexam.com
- Log into ADAM and navigate to Rostering | Users
- Search for the user you need to edit
NOTE: Users are restricted by the Organization you belong to. If you are a School Administrator, you will only be able to search for users in the same school. - Choose the edit icon found to the right of the user name
