After you have downloaded the rostering template based on the Field Set belonging to the delivery, you can add accommodation values to the end of the CSV file. These accommodations are displayed to the proctor in the proctor dashboard. If the accommodation of Text To Speech is added, the TTS player will be enabled for the student.
NOTE: The import of a CSV file is only used for adding new students to a Delivery. If you want to make edits, you can delete the student from the delivery and reimport with an adjusted file.
The available accommodations are:

The Template
The template export might look like this, where the Field Set values plus a column to identify proctor group are displayed.
- Add a new column header to prepare the template for a new accommodation. The header row for an accommodation is always prefixed with an a:, followed by the accommodation value. The chart above has the entire header row string in the Accommodation Code Value column.
- The data value for each student row, accommodation value is either a TRUE or FALSE value. The FALSE value is not required...we assume a blank value is FALSE.
