An Alias Proctor Group allows students to be assigned a proctor group that is different than their default Class group. A Class may have students being administered assessments in multiple proctor groups, but the student results data will still be connected to their Class. Alias Administrations will have unique test codes and proctor codes.
Common examples of when to create an Alias:
- A class is divided into multiple proctor groups, each taking the assessment in several different locations within the school, or offsite.
- Students with an Extra Time accommodation are taking the assessment in a separate room.
- Students taking a make-up session are being proctored together at a later date.
