Scheduling a Test Administration

Navigate to Test Management | Administrations

Click the Administer New button in the top right of the page.

Administration Setup contains (up to) five configuration pages.  The Test chosen for the Administration determines what configuration settings are available.

Test Select

• Select the test that you would like to deliver.
• Name the administration.
• Give any additional detail

• Click Next to continue.

Define Access

Some Tests have pre-defined access values that cannot be set on the Administration.

• Secure Access – determine if the Admin will require a Lockdown Browser
• Show All Rubric Content – choose to display the rubric to the student
• Org – limit the Admin to specific organizational levels

• Access Window – Set the Start and End Dates when the Admin is available for students to log in.

• Time Settings – Choose to limit access to the test by day of the week and time.

• Click Next to continue

Rostering Students by Course

Select the students that will take this administration.

• Choose the Select students by: from the drop-down list.
• Choose from the list of active courses.

This step rosters the students enrolled in classes linked to the chosen course.

• Click Next to continue.

Rostering Students by Class

Select the students that will take this administration.

• Choose the Select students by: from the dropdown list.
• Choose the School from the drop-down list.  Only schools in your district are displayed.
• Choose the Classes from the drop-down list.  Multiple classes can be chosen.

Choose specific ‘classes’ to include into the Administration.

• Click Next to continue.

Review

Verify the information set in the Administration.

• Click Submit to complete the addition of the Administration.

Your assessment will now show up on the Test Management | Administrations page.  It can be proctored or taken as an assessment by students during the Start/End window.
