OSCAR Classroom: Adding A Class

A class is defined basically by a name and a school, then within a class we add the students and our assessments for the class.  You must have a class before anything else is available.  Starting from the landing page

1. Click into 
2. Find  in the top right of the page and click it
3. Add the Class details
   • Class Name - This is how you will recognize a specific class within your Manage My Classrooms.  Make it concise but descriptive.
   • Reference ID - version of your class name without any spaces in it's formatting
   • School - Where is this class being offered
4. Finish by clicking the Save button

Once a class is added, it shows up as a tile within Manage My Classroom on a page called My Classes.  The more active classes you own...the more tiles displayed on this page.

The class tile displays the number of students and the assessments in the class

Click the  button to modify the class setup (name, reference ID or school)
