Now that you have a class we want to add assessments to that class.  Assessments are configured in Configure System and made available to you within your class.

Assessments are added to each class, so we navigate to our class then click into the class to add assessments.

Add Assessment

Click on the  button to open the Assessment search window.

The Assessment search defaults to your preferred Content Area (based on your Profile preferences set in the OSCAR Classroom Header top right DDL) and Grade.

1. Start Typing in the Assessment field to initiate the search for assessments
2. Select an assessment from the list
3. Define the assessment as a Pre-Test or Post-Test. If an assessment has both a pre-test and post-test, the assessment would be added twice.  See the Coral Bleaching example below.
4. Add any special notes to help scorers understand this assessment in the Administration Notes field
5. Click the Add button to complete

This is what multiple assessments on a class look like.  These assessments also have some work and completed assessments.  Notice the Coral Bleaching assessment has been added multiple times so it can be administered as both a pre and post test.
