Scorer no longer able to score item

There are several reasons why you may no longer be able to score an item.

1. The item is complete or nearly completion and no responses are available.  If this is the case you should see a message that says "out of work" when you attempt to score the item.
2. Your account is locked because of validity paper scores.  If this is the case you should have received an onscreen message saying you have been locked out because you crossed the validity threshold. If this is the case you need to contact your scoring admin. 
3. Your account is locked because you did not pass the qualification process.  If this is the case you will be locked out from scoring and need to contact your admin. 
4. A scoring admin removed you from a section, if this is the case the item will no longer show up on your dashboard to score. 
5. A scoring admin disabled an item.  If this is the case the item will show up as "greyed out".  
6. You have an unread message.  You will not be allowed to score until all messages are read.
